Word 和 PowerPoint可讓您使用模糊 美術效果來模糊整個影像。

使用 [插入 > 圖片 ] 將相片放置在檔中。

選取畫布上的相片。

在工具列功能區的 [ 圖片格式 ] (或 [ 格式化) ] 索引卷標上，選取 [美術效果]。

在開啟的圖片選項圖庫中，選取 [模糊] 選項：

附註: 很抱歉，網頁版或 PowerPoint 網頁版版 Word 無法使用像是「模糊」之類的美術效果。 此功能僅適用於傳統型應用程式。

變更模糊程度

執行上述步驟之後。 如有需要，您可以調整模糊程度。

再次選取畫布上的圖片。

在工具列功能區的 [ 圖片格式 ] (或 [ 格式化) ] 索引卷標上，選取 [美術效果]。

在選項庫底部，選取 [美術效果選項]。

在側邊的 [ 設定圖片格式] 窗格的 [ 美術效果] 底下，將 [半徑 ] 值調整為 0 到 100 之間的數位。 數位越高，影像就越模糊。
